Elegance abounds at the sophisticated yet comfortable Brivo, a regional Italian marvel with a sleek Tuscan look. Crystal chandeliers, marble floors and fabric-draped ceilings decorate an inviting dining room visible through an arched treatment from the intimate bar area. A waterfall flows opposite stairs which lead up to private dining rooms.
An air of excitement permeates as a charming and
professional wait staff serves Executive Chef Peter Petti's magnificent cuisine.
Everything at Brivo is made fresh using the finest ingredients. Dinner begins with an exquisite bread basket starring focaccia with tapenades and olive oil. Paper thin slices of beets adds a rush of color to a salad served with Montrachet goat cheese, citrus segments and watercress. Watch out, the horseradish vinaigrette has bite! There is a chef responsible for creating all the fresh homemade pastas, including gnocchi tartufo, a signature dish of fluffy potato pasta bathed in fragrant truffle oil and fresh parmesan. Desserts are made on premises by the skilled pastry chef. A rich yet light chocolate cake comes covered with hazelnut toffee and finished with gelato. The Grand Mariner souflee is nothing short of perfect.
Owners Rosario Asaro, brother Salvatore Asaro and brother-in-law Anthony Ienna pay attention to all the details of their restaurant. The partners place the utmost importance on simple preparation, delicate flavors and beautiful plate presentations. From the décor to the dishes, everything is a team effort, and Brivo never fails to create a work of art.
