Two spacious dining rooms and a large party room make up Verona Ristorante. Yet, it is still as warm and cozy as your dining room at home. That’s because owners Pam and Anthony Page went to great lengths to pick out the right accessories that decorate the walls to keep that homey ambiance. Vintage family wedding photos, oversized framed mirrors, paintings, tapestries and greenery hang on the peach colored walls. Crisp white cloths, candles and flowers decorate the tables. A handsome wood bar is fully stocked with all your favorites. The party room boasts a fireplace and is perfect for your next celebration.

Anthony and Chef Vincenzo Ricci collaborated and designed a menu of regional Italian dishes and numerous daily specials. A signature of the chef is sweet potato gnocchi in butter cream sauce with fresh sage. You must try some. Branzino, filleted tableside, is very light in an aromatic sauce of garlic and herbs, and baby octopus is char grilled and served over mesclun greens with a zesty lemon vinaigrette dressing. Chef Ricci started his career as a pastry chef so it’s no surprise that desserts were sweet sensations. Our favorite was the light, moist Italian cheesecake.

Pam and Anthony graciously welcome their customers to Verona Ristorante where they always go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic dining experience. Verona was voted Best New Restaurant on Long Island, 2007 by News Channel 12.
