There is no wonder why Cafe Testarossa has been a favorite of many people for twenty years now. Testarossa’s owner, Billy Sansone, has been creating a welcoming, comfortable and tasteful atmosphere for his customers. What makes Testarossa successful is their innovative menu, as well as the main foundation of their business: hospitality. The whole team at Testarossa genuinely strives for the customer to have the absolute best dining experience possible. “There are really no egos here at Testarossa. From the hostess to the back dishwasher the main focus is customer service and the quality of the dishes presented to our guests,” says Billy.
There has been a major renovation to the outside of Cafe Testarossa, as well as the addition of new, exciting and flavorful dishes to the menu. Billy’s team, led by Mario and Gilbert, express their commitment to making the customer’s meal a memorable one, by creating unique specials every lunch and dinner. New favorite dishes are Sweet Potato Gnocchi served with a Swiss Chard Pesto and a new summer salad consisting of Mango, Lobster and Shrimp with toasted almonds in a cilantro citrus vinaigrette.
Although customers love the food at Cafe Testarossa, the extensive wine list is always changing. The bar also offers specialty drinks, such as Pomegranate Martinis as well as Sangria Martinis to name a few. Testarossa also features a special menu at the bar, separate from the dining room menu, which includes a Black Angus Burger, Barbeque Pork Sandwich and the Grilled Chicken and Mozzarella Panini.
