Charming and gracious hosts, Michael Chen and his wife Lilly opened their first location in Plainview sixteen years ago. They serve the same authentic Chinese dishes with a creative flair, Japanese cuisine as well as some South Asian specialties at this new location. Did you ever have dim sum shaped like a bunny? What about a gold fish? The chef, who is a true artist, creates "characters" filled with fresh
flavorful ingredients like shrimp, pork and spinach. Fun to look at - delicious to eat. Orange beef is an awesome dish with zesty sauce, and chicken in a basket contains tender white meat chicken, mushrooms and vegetables in a savory sauce, served in a basket of shredded potato. All ingredients are fresh, delivered daily. Polynesian drinks are colorful and refreshing and the wine list has selections from around the world.
We ended our meal with sweet pumpkin flavored dumplings, that of course looked like pumpkins, and a promise to go back and try more delicacies from their very extensive menu.
