The Wine Cellar at The Carltun is an
unforgettable dining experience that rightfully
boasts a wine selection to please the most discerning palate. The beautifully appointed room with
magnificently carved antique chairs and tables is
surrounded on three sides by a glass enclosed and world renowned wine collection. Five time
recipient of the prestigious “Best of Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectator magazine, owner Anthony Capetola takes great pride in his wine list, which consists of over 1,900 selections and 40,000 bottles from all over the world. The wines range from 1868 to 2002, from $7.00 a glass to $15.00
a glass and from $18 to $7,500 a bottle.

Guests are invited to tour this vast collection with the sommelier, who brings a lifetime of
experience to the wine selection process.

The six-course Wine Tasting Dinner is paired with wines to compliment the extraordinary fare. Daily Prix Fixed Wine Tastings are also available with a different menu each week. From appetizers
to desserts, each course is a true pleasure to any gourmet, combined with an imposing ambiance to create the perfect evening.

The Wine Cellar is also available for A La Carte dining and is great for Private Affairs. Capetola also owns Temple Bar at Caesars in Atlantic City and Carltun on the Sound in Bayville, New York.
