Scott Bradley cooked in many Long Island
restaurants from the South Shore to the North Shore. He worked with some of our best chefs and some of the great ones in Manhattan. He brings all this training and knowledge to his own restaurant, Snaps (which happens to be his nickname).

A tin ceiling, comfortable intimate booths, wall sconce lighting, wood accents, and framed art prints complete the decor of this restaurant that has quickly become a destination for discerning diners.
The Progressive American cuisine features dishes that are as diverse as the list of kitchens that Scott has cooked in. His popular knuckle sandwich, with tender chunks of lobster meat has a surprise topping - a poached egg. Wok-crisped duck salad is creatively presented in a Chinese take-out container and tuna tartar is presented on a block of ice. Scott goes the extra mile to present his delicious creations in an innovative way. Homemade desserts are scrumptious treats including s'mores - a Hershey bar, marshmallows, graham crackers, a burner... and you do the rest. Irresistible! The reasonably priced international wine list offers selections by the bottle and by the glass.

Candles and dim lighting radiate a soft glow in
the dining room while Scott's food throws off sparks on the plate. This casual restaurant will definitely have them coming back for more and more and more.
