Soft beige tones contrast the rich dark woodwork at Mim’s, Rich Cutler’s Manhattan-style bistro. Comfortable booths and a dramatic stone fireplace lend warmth and intimacy to the main dining room. Two smaller rooms, one with a handsome bar, boast the same clean lines and sophisticated colors. Reserve the multimedia room for corporate events and meetings.
Chef Manuel Portillo uses the highest quality ingredients in creative ways. Your meal begins with a basket of warm focaccia served with a ramekin of creamy, spreadable hummus. A coconut jumbo shrimp appetizer is rich with tropical flavors, accompanied by a sweet orange-mango dipping sauce. Grilled salmon napoleon is layered with grilled portobello mushrooms and goat cheese. The extensive menu has a wide variety of choices to meet your every “food mood”. While the cuisine is chic, the portions are generous and filling.
