Owners Michael and Victoria Cacaro are dedicated
to ensuring their customers of the highest quality food and service at this splendid new sophisticated steak house.
A handsome bar is at the entrance of this beautiful and inviting restaurant where rich woodwork, burgundy velvet curtains, framed oil paintings (in the Frederick Remington style) antique rifles, an old American flag and comfortable upholstered pony print chairs decorate the dining rooms.
A buffalo head proudly hangs over the marble and wood fireplace and, in contrast, the soft glow of candlelit tables creates a romantic ambiance. This steak house has a look all its own.

Chef Michael Cacaro grew up in the steak house
business and you can certainly tell. At Vintage he impresses the “meat-elite” with USDA Prime Dry Aged Steaks. A luscious Porterhouse for two, flavorful NY strip and velvety filet mignon are what you would expect from this first rate steak house. A super-tender “Kobe” filet mignon is always available, as well as oversized lobster tails. From the sushi-grade yellowfin tuna to the gigantic Gulf White shrimp in your cocktail, all seafood here is pristinely fresh. Appetizers like the all-meat crabcakes, sweet-spicy Thai calamari, and
a special chopped shrimp salad are excellent. The Wine Spectator award winning wine list is quickly growing into one of the Island’s best, with over 200 selections dominated by California & Italy. Also available are excellent wines by the glass selections.

For sheer indulgence, try the homemade desserts. The cheesecake is the star of the show and is probably the best on Long Island. The warm apple cobbler is soul warming and delicious topped with vanilla ice cream. Led by Victoria, the service staff is prompt and professional in this steakhouse where a good attitude is always on the menu.

Michael and Victoria are constantly working hard to maintain a level of quality that will put Vintage at the top of everyone’s list.
