With the decor of a formal club - high ceilings, rich woodwork and crystal chandeliers, this
magnificent Steak House is set apart from the others. Tall windows and a huge mural of an African jungle scene add to the drama of this special place.
Having gone on many hunting trips, owner, Marsha Brown, proudly displays her animal trophies in the restaurant. She tells fascinating stories of her adventures and the animals she “bagged herself”. Marsha’s relationship with her customers is critical
to her and she goes the distance with hospitality. The celebrity list is incredible with a who’s who
of entertainment and sports figures.
The restaurant’s trademark is the sizzle of the steaks that you hear throughout the dining room. Corn fed, US Prime steaks are grilled in a patented specially built high temperature-1800° broiler, which locks in the juices. Filet Mignon, Porterhouse for two, & BBQ shrimp are just a few of their signature dishes that are expertly prepared to your specifications. A large selection of accompaniments add to the sizzle
of your meal. Desserts, especially the warm bread
pudding in whiskey and the pecan pie are excellent. The wine list, ranging from reasonably priced to expensive with more than 300 selections from around the world won the 1996 through 2004 “Best of” Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine.
