Handsome, plush, dimly lit and dramatic, this sophisticated restaurant has class and excitement. The handsome bar room is bustling with a lively crowd. A stone fireplace, rich woods, wine racks, high ceilings and a large moose head given by Teddy Roosevelt, complete the upscale décor. There are three dining rooms, all beautifully decorated. The largest one has comfortable banquettes, framed prints and two wine cabinets. The second room, The Library, boasts a high ceiling and the third room, The Pine Room, has a beamed ceiling, wood shelves and carpeting. Both back rooms are perfect for private parties for 20-60 people.

In addition to USDA Prime dry-aged steaks the menu offers many alternatives. Miso Glazed Sea Bass, Ginger Crusted Salmon and Grilled Swordfish are a few. But of course steaks reign supreme at Rothmann's Steakhouse and are served perfectly broiled to order. Their extensive international wine list, with 750 selections, was comprised by wine director Jake Young, and received the prestigious Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence four year’s in a row. Their sommelier can navigate you through the list. There is also a varied selection of single malt scotch, ports, cognacs and liqueurs. Leave room for dessert. Decadent choices include a rich banana cream pie and the house specialty, Rothmann's warm chocolate creation.

Don’t miss their spectacular Sunday Brunch which includes an unlimited Captain’s Table with fresh shrimp and lobster cocktail, French toast, blintzes, quiche, salads, pastries, prime rib, sushi bar, waffles and omelets, a make your own sundae bar and unlimited brunch cocktails.
