Falafel Tilapia

Falafel Tilapia

2 cups chick peas
soaked overnight
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
4 tsp. garlic
1 onion
1 bunch parsley
1 cup flour all purpose

2 jars roasted Tihini
1 cup fresh lemon juice
6 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup cold water
4 tbs. whole sesame seeds

6 - 8oz. Tilapia filets
4 oz. extra virgin olive oil

Starfish

Combine chick peas
in food processor
until chunky.
Add onion to
food processor.
Chop parsley and
add all ingredients
to mixing bowl.
Gradually
add flour and
salt and pepper
to taste.

Tihini Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients
in mixing bowl
until smooth.


Take falafel crust
pack liberally on each tilapia filet. Pan fry
face down until crust
is golden. Remove
and set on baking tray. Bake 15 minutes
at 375 degrees.
Remove and
plate filet. Drizzle
Tihini sauce over filet.

Serve with Side Salad
4 cups mixed
mescaline greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 red onion sliced
1 medium cucumber
cubed
2 oranges peeled
and sectioned
Mix all ingredients in
light lemon vinaigrette.
