My Life in the Restaurant Business

I can totally relate to this article. I've been in the restaurant business since I was 15 years old. New England country clubs, hotels, and now I own one the few great BBQ restaurants in the Boston area. I was unable to peel myself away from your article as it mirrors my life. Very much like reading the Anthony Bourdain book "Kitchen Confidential" in Newton, Ma. Come see Blue Ribbon BBQ, 1375 Washington St for some really good chow and some great restaurant stories.
