I had the pleasure of dining at Snaps this past Saturday Nov 27,2004... I can not express how impressed I was with the food,the presentation, the staff, the ambiance,everthing was abolutley incredible. This was my first time to Snaps(definatley not my last) Everything on the menu sounded so wonderful that we decided to go for the 10 course tasting menu with the wine pairing...fabulous!! Perfect pairing and each course was better then the next. If you have a love for food and can really appreciate great skill in the kitchen, I highly recommend Snaps. Bravo!!
