60th b-day party for mom (about 15 people)

I am looking for a place with good food and atmosphere for my mom's 60th. Only about 15 people coming. Here are places I was looking into: Angelina's (East Norwich), 105 Harbor (Centerport), Mill Pond House (Centerport). Looking to spend around $30-40 per person. Thanks for any feedback (negative or positive)!

I've been to all of these places and they are all good choices.
(105 Harbor is in Cold Spring Harbor).
What about Cafe Girasole in East Norwich?
