Christening buffet lunch
Submitted by: patti on Dec 30th 2005
I'm looking for a hall that can accomodate about 90 adults and 40 children for my son's christening. We live in Queens but will go to nassau if the accomodations are right. We are on a tight budget and would like something reasonable.

Hey Patti, Try Brindisi on Jericho turnpike. It is only a few blocks off the LIE. We had my daughter's communion there. The food was great and the accommodations were as well. The large room was upstairs. It is indoor/outdoor. Part of the room is a very large covered porch where I had the DJ and kids set up. I don't know if the covered porch has any heat, so you might have to wait for the spring. It is definately worth a trip to look at. Good luck with your baptism. I am planning another communion, only this time in suffolk county.:)
