Low Budget of 7000

I am looking to get married between july and october of 2010. i need ideas for a venue to do both the ceremony and the reception or just the reception it doesnt matter to me as long as it is nice and within budget.i would like to keep things between 5k and 7k if I can find something for the price. Thanks
