I have been to Blue Restaurant in Blue Point on several occasions and I think that it is one of the best restaurants on Long Island. The chefs in the kitchen are quite amazing with the menu ideas that they come up with. I hope that they are appreciated as much as they should be for making Blue the restaurant that it is, because the food is one of the most inportant parts of your dining experience. I look forward to the next time I am able to go.

As publishers of Great Restaurants Of Long Island magazine for the past 13 years, we have eaten in thousands of restaurants. We appreciate the food that comes out of the kitchen at Blue. The chefs are two very talented men.
