When we moved to Long Island from Memphis, we were hard pressed to find the right soul food, and replacement for my habitual fried chicken diet. We'll thank goodness for LL Dent. All their food from the collar greens to the corn bread are as authentic of Southern Cooking. Thanks for taming my homesick cravings.
