Suggestions for Mother's Day Restaurants

Mom and Dad live in Lynbrook and enjoy going to Jonathan's in Garden City Park but it is becoming the same old thing. Can you recommend another restaurant which might be on par to take Mom for Mother's Day. It could also be a Rustic Italian Restaurant, possibly seafood with meat / chicken on the menu. Mom is 65 so she is a little selective about the food she eats.

Uncle Bacalas in Garden City Park would be perfect!
Sanibel Chop House in Lynbrook is also a great destination!

We went to Prime in Huntington (right on the Bay) for Easter Brunch and it was second to none. They had lovely live jazz music also which complimented the breathtaking view.
