Small Wedding

I am looking for a restaurant with a private room or just ability to have exclusively to host a small (75 people) 2nd wedding. Not looking for catering hall "feel". Looking to exchange vows simply and have a classic dinner party. The theme is simple and elegant, with excellent food being a top priority. Suggestions?
