This place is amazing. If you are looking for the perfect Penne Ala Vodka this is the place and all of the above. Also they have the greatest selections of wines to choose from to compliment your dinner. It's incredible, glad I found this place. I think it's intimate and also a family spot to eat the greatest Italian food. Better than Little Italy in Manhattan. It's worth the trip out to Long Island to try this. I will be going to Cafe La Strada for years to come. MAKE A RESERVATION!!!! That's how good it is :)

Amazing! Portions were as enormous as they were delicious. Staff was wonderfully accomodating. It will now be my favorite Italian restaurant. It was like eating in my Grandmother's kitchen!

CELEBERITY NIGHT AT FORMAGGIO- I SAW GOOMBA JOHNY AND CHRIS CAMPOLI(NY ISLANDER) THEY LOOK LIKE THEY KNEW THE OWNER JOE REAL WELL, MUST MEAN THEY ARE REGULARS- LET ME TELL YOU WHY!!!!Let me start by saying i was at Cafe Formaggio last night(friday), from start to finish A+++ . I had the Grilled calamari over arugala WOW!!! For dinner i had the Veal Ossobucco- are you kidding me, better than white table cloth restuarants in Manhattan, and the nutella pizza, i cant stop dreaming about it!!! this place is my new everyday restaurant.

Nicholas James is an under-rated restaurant.

i'm one of those people who would rather eats sweets than other foods. tried a new one from Bon Bons Chocolatier in Huntington...thick rectangular shaped firm marshmallow with a coating of caramel around it. never in my life have I tasted a candy so good...not just the taste but the texture too.

Howie and I went to Cafe La Strada the other night and had a great meal---reminded me of the way the restaurant was years ago. Everyone was warm and welcoming and the food was terrific. At one point we were regulars there, at least once a week, and then we stopped going there because they had more diners than the servers could help. We decided to give it a try again with a gift certificate we got from you and they have won us back.

I suggest call a DJ in your area and they are usually affiliated with a hall they can recommend that they can get you a discounted rate. (Or visa-versa). Also if you have an outside company cater the food to a hall like a knights of columbus and hire the dj seperately sometimetimes you can save money that way. now a days it all depends on who wants the business

I am looking for a restaurant decorated similarly to Milk & Sugar in Bayshore to hold a shower. That resstaurant is totally booked. There are several groupings of upholstered chairs and love seats around coffee tables, cozy nooks and crannies with tables, fireplace, etc. If anyone knows of a similar restaurant, please let me know.

The Brasserie Cassis is definately worth a visit. Great food with wonderful decor, perfect for a casual night out. Don't be fooled by the shopping center location. The owners have created a first class brasserie style restaurant with the food to bring you coming back. It doesn't get better on Long Island.

My husband and I had dinner for new years at Heirloom in Locust Valley. Their bread is amazing, served with a red pepper dip. I had the sea scallops and Whole Bronzini and my husband had the boneless short rib and Kona Kampachi. Everything was so delicious. Our server was quite hospitable and very sweet. We also had a peanut butter mousse dessert with chocolate and bananas, IT WAS THE BEST DESSERT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Just wanted to spread the word about this little hidden gem!
