ABOUT Glatt A La Carte

Think juicy reserve steak, butter-smooth mashed potatoes and piquant spring rolls. Add a variety of delectable sushi and couple that with a plethora of choice kosher wines and fanciful desserts. That's the kind of sumptuous fare you can enjoy at Glatt a la Carte, complete with the ambiance and service that can be appreciated on a well-deserved night out. Now, don’t mistake all that for rigidity and stuffiness. This restaurant is understated chic and welcoming. A wall of white winter branches with gentle lighting makes you feel instantly cozy, and a group of individual tables with screens offers a sense of privacy. The white linens and classy décor turn every dinner into a festive occasion.

Owner Binem Naiman and Chef Mark Green have worked together for a decade to bring you the elegance and sophistication that Glatt a la Carte is now known for. Every dish seems to be perfected to a delicate science, combining flavorful food that is also pleasing to the eye. Even the items on the children’s menu are presented with flair.

Patrons of this restaurant rave about the breaded veal. Its topped with mixed greens and diced tomato salad that serve as a perfect complement to the succulent meat. The appetizers get a fair share of compliments, too – particularly the sweet breads, which are poached in corte bouillon and sautéed in red wine mushroom sauce. And the Texas beef spring rolls – pulled seasoned brisket, slow smoked, fried and served with a tasty dipping sauce – are extremely satisfying to the taste buds.  Best of all, indulge in any one of the satisfying steaks (no pressure to get the reserve steak, but it’s certainly worth it!) and you will come to understand why Glatt a la Carte has come to be one of Brooklyn’s finest dining attractions. I love this place! I recommend it to all my friends... The owner always walks around. I once ordered this pasta dish, there was nothing wrong with it, but i just didnt feel like eating pasta. the owner came around and asked if i didnt like the pasta - im like, na, im just not in the mood. He immediately told the waiter to get me something else and took the pasta back without us paying for it!
He was sooo great! that's why i recommend it to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I enjoy the ambience at this fine dining establishment. Mr Neiman, the owner walks around and welcomes his 'guests', making all feel verysppecial.
Last night was the first time I ordered sushi here. It came with a kani salad and the sushi was absolutely delicious...and the price was very fair.
We will definitely continue coming here.

BY FAR THE NICEST RESTAURANT IN BROOKLYN - but be careful your going to pay for it!

EVERYTHING IS LIKE THE NAME ALA CART!!!!

i mean everything! even extra bbq sauce!

but boy was the food good! will go back when i get a adequate coupon.
