With the success and popularity of Le Marais, owner and Executive Chef Jose Meirelles knew that he wanted to expand but how and where? When an opportunity across the street opened up, he grabbed the chance to make it kosher and offer his loyal clientele a more casual answer to Le Marais. Clubhouse Cafe is it exactly that. The contemporary style restaurant has a private, nightclub feel, with exposed brick wall, lounge lighting with black benches and tables. The calm, background music is perfect to get you into that relaxed “chilled-out” mood you’ve yearned for all day. There is no question this is the hot, trendy and stylish new kosher restaurant of 2008. Jose opened the restaurant to provide and alternative to the high end kosher restaurants in the area.
