Catering to very a distinguished customer, who knows what good food tastes like, recommended starters include the Melanzani Rolletini of ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese rolled in eggplant as well as the Tonno Alla Nicoise, fresh grilled tuna over a green salad with olives, eggs and potatoes. For the entrees, any of their reasonably-priced pastas will delight your palette such as the creamy Fettuccini Julienne and for the seafood lover, their Grilled Salmon is spectacular (both pictured below). Any of their entrees can be paired with a variety of fine wine selections. The restaurant also has a full sushi menu to facilitate all their customer's sushi cravings. In fact, the restaurant offers many Japanese appetizers and salads such as Shiromi Usuzukuri, thin sliced whitefish with Japanese vinegar sauce and Tuna Tatake, sliced pan seared tuna served on an avocado salad.
