If you’ve been thinking about going to Denver for business or pleasure, or looking for a vacation spot and wondering whether you will be able to eat kosher, the East Side Kosher Deli has your answer. Like most cities without a huge Jewish population, the restaurant has to be the one-stop shopping and dining destination. Owned and operated by Michael and Marcy Schreiber, they are a kosher-center, featuring a full grocery store, take-out deli, butcher shop, bakery and sit-down restaurant.

As you will be pleased to know, the East Side Kosher Deli is a beautiful white tablecloth, classy restaurant that would fit right into place in any of New York’s fine establishments. With music in the background, the dining room is illuminated by soft lighting, decorated in warm beige and peach colors and is enhanced by original artwork on the walls. They also have three spacious banquet rooms in the back for your private parties.

Breakfast is served until 2:00 pm, with a fully stocked menu. Some of the items you will find include apple, blueberry, cherry and potato blintzes as well as French toast with fresh seasonal berries and parve whipped cream. Breakfast specials consist of a deli hash skillet of crisp roasted potatoes, onions and peppers; chunks of assorted deli meats; salsa; and toast with 2 eggs any style.

Their lunch and dinner menus are extremely extensive with hot and cold appetizers, salads, wraps, soups and 25 deli sandwiches. They also offer Fish, Chicken, Beef, Lamb and Veal entrees along with pasta dishes and the restaurant’s specialty, Mexican cuisine. House favorites are the fajitas and smothered burritos along with Chicken Marsala, BBQ Ribs and Russian Combo sandwiches. Try the parve cheesecake or any of their home baked apple, cherry, peach or blueberry pies. The restaurant has plenty of parking, delivers to all area hotels and ski resorts and has everything you can imagine for your entire visit.
