With over four years in their new home, Glatt-A-La Carte has garnered an overwhelming response from their customers. The previous location was just three blocks away but they needed to expand and make room for their ever growing clientele. It also has allowed for new additions, such as dividers for more private dining and another dining room for social functions. The open kitchen, white tablecloths and elegant decor, combine to give a warm and homey feeling.
Glatt-A-La Carte has been the first of its kind, providing a fusion of fine grill and continental cuisine to the Brooklyn community. Yet, it's not only a local place, as over 60% of their customers hail from the Five Towns, Manhattan and New Jersey. That's because their dishes can compete with any of the top restaurants in the New York area. Specializing in a variety of grilled items, many consider this restaurant to be more like a steakhouse. Since its inception over 8 years ago, Chef Mark Green, a self-taught chef and New York Restaurant School graduate, has prepared decorative and inventive dishes. Wonderfully designed arrangements and flavor-filled recommendations include their Signature cut with a Columbian rub or their House cut with a Creole rub and Succotash topping. They have recently revamped their menu and while everyone knows how good their food and steaks are, they have now added sushi to rave reviews. Everything is fresh and made to order, insuring that your
