Dating back 10 years ago, Back to Nature was one of original dairy restaurants that catered to the more health- conscious public. Throughout those years, they’ve consistently offered excellent and nutritious food at reasonable prices.

The sandy, rustic walls and soft lighting create a balance of serenity and calmness. It truly takes you... Back to Nature. That cozy and comfortable atmosphere comes in handy at lunch time when the place is packed with mothers trying to get a little relief. With owner Albert Bijou’s leadership and an experienced wait staff, Back to Nature provides efficient and friendly service. The food, you will be happy to know, takes on that natural theme as everything is made from the freshest ingredients. Even their French Baguettes as well as their 7 Grain and Sourdough French rolls are baked on the premises.

Their lunch and dinner specials change everyday to keep variety on the menu created by chefs Albert and George. Some highly recommended dishes are the succulent walnut-coated Tilapia with lemon butter sauce, the Sole Francaise, which is based in a special blend of lemon, wine and spices and the vegetable stir fry with crispy tempeh which bursts with spices and flavor. Their grilled tuna with wasabi butter is
masterfully grilled and then baked to keep the cooking to perfection. Unique to Back to Nature are the whole wheat pizzas and naturally sweetened fat free muffins. A generous sized portion of Penne a la Vodka in a delicious creamy sauce is another popular item that won’t disappoint you. Before you go, you must try their homemade cookies and creamy cheesecake that will leave you craving a second helping to take home.

They’ve recently added an online ordering website for your convenience and a professional catering staff - where they can plan, prepare and execute, from beginning to end,
the perfect party for you. Call them today!
