Succah On Succot: No Nine Days Menu: Yes Open For Pesach: No
With the grand opening in December 2007, Bocca Steakhouse became the hot new restaurant in the San Fernando Valley area. Owner Gil Dayan felt there was a need in the area for a high-end, contemporary steakhouse and he assures all his guests ultimate satisfaction from the moment they walk in.
With warm gray and brown colors, this spacious restaurant has three dining rooms to allow customers added privacy. There is the small and cozy dining area when you first come in where you can get a nice view of Ventura Blvd. Walk a little further and you will see a large and sleek, liquor bar with top quality spirits and wines from around the world. You can choose to sit at the bar and watch the game on their two flat screen televisions. A larger dining room is to your right, where you will be served in elegance. A large banquet room that can accommodate up 60 people round out the scene.
Their menu encompasses everything you want from a classic steakhouse. Interesting and exotic appetizers, fresh and bountiful salads and a variety of delectable chicken, beef and fish dishes. To begin the meal, try their already famous Bocca avocado egg rolls with shredded steak served with a cilantro nut sauce. The anti pasto platter is perfect for those looking to try a combination of salads. It includes marinated mushroom, roasted peppers, marinated eggplant salads, hearts of palm and artichoke salad, olive mix and finally, roasted tomato salad.
For the mains, the Roasted Half Lemon Chicken with artichoke and olives is fantastic as well as their selections of dry aged and wet aged steaks, namely the Pepper Crusted London Broil Griglia. The slow roasted lamb shanks in a rosemary sauce is also highly recommended. For vegetarians, there are a terrific array of fish and pasta items. For lunch, reasonably priced sandwiches and wraps are added to the menu, which are served with soup or salad. Whether you are there during the day or evening, Bocca Steakhouse delivers high class service with top quality cuisine. |
