What if you can see your food being cooked right in front of your eyes? What if you can sit right in front of a specially crafted grill made for you to watch your own personal chef cooking your food? Well, you finally can at the only kosher Hibachi restaurant in America, right here in Brooklyn, NY. Opened in December 2007, the steakhouse offers the full Hibachi experience. "Hibachi-style" is a North American term for Japanese teppanyaki cooking, in which gas-heated hot plates are integrated into tables around which many people (often multiple parties) can sit and eat at once.

But when you first come in, you enter their main dining room with white table-clothed tables on your right and a sushi bar on your left. You can choose to sit in their spacious dining room where they offer a variety of delectable Japanese and Middle Eastern cuisine, but if you want to see something different and unique make sure you make reservations to sit in their Hibachi Room in the back where they have four Hibachi grills waiting for you. The journey starts off with one of their authentic Japanese soups or salads, your choice of fried or white rice, fresh vegetables and is finished with their Hibachi cooks preparing your entree choice right in front of you. It is very exciting to smell all the wonderful flavors you are about to taste and see these chefs perform by sharpening their knives, flipping the food and lighting a volcano of onions on fire, all with a
theatrical flair. Chicken, steak and vegetable hibachi entrees are all offered.
