It was in April of 2004 when Weber Cafe came on
to the scene in Aventura, Florida. Located in the posh Waterways mall, Weber Cafe is is owned and operated by Phillipe and Katia Goldenstein. It’s as close as you’re going to get to a Paris cafe, unless you’re willing to make the trip and pay the price tag.

Here is this modern style restaurant, decorated
with beige and brown tone colors and comfortable leather chairs, you’ll find authentic French cuisine. The cafe is now open early which can’t be said for most French restaurants in Paris, so one should take advantage of their breakfast specials. Who could resist a French chocolate croissant or three delicious slices of French Toast? Specialty omelettes, like the Omelette Provencale, with confit tomato, goat cheese and fresh basil is highly recommended as well. Crepes are also a great treat in the morning and all day long, with the Crepe Florentine which spinach and cheese a fan favorite.

During lunch, they offer many paninis and baguettes, along with gourmet appetizers. Of course, the French Onion Soup is one of their house specialties. In the mood for pasta? Try the pasta with 3 cheeses or with roasted vegetables. They have a large variety of fish which is presented beautifully, from Tuna Steak, Chilean Sea Bass and Salmon filet to Trout Almondine and Tilapia filet. One would be remiss if he or she did not try their homemade creme brulee - simply divine.

For your convenience, the restaurant also has outdoor dining where you can sip French or Italian wine, eat French food and enjoy a cool breeze as it comes off the water. Can life get any better?
