Welcome to Cafe Eilat, an amazing gourmet
coffee shop and full bakery, whose owner brings with him thirty years of experience in the baking industry. After having opened and overseen the operations of several other successful businesses in the area, he has created a little slice of
paradise with Cafe Eilat.

Creativity is in the air here, and not just with
their baked and cooked items. The track lights above are quite interesting as is the beautiful mural of the ocean on the wall, depicting Eilat, Israel. While you sit and dream of what it would be like to be on the beach, you can enjoy amazing desserts with a steaming cup of exclusive freshly ground gourmet coffee.

Cafe Eilat features an exquisite dairy and fish
cuisine with a Mediterranean flair, using only fresh
and delicious organic ingredients from local farmers. You'll find no pre-made mixes here. Everything is created from scratch by their chef.

The staff is friendly and helpful, overseen and guided by the owner. They pride themselves on
excellent customer service and have a reputation for taking care of their “guests.” Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here in the cafe or take it to go. Visit them for social or business occasions. They offer a fine line of bakery for Shabbat. Located on the outskirts of Hollywood, they are just minutes from NBC and Universal Studios.
