Novellino Restaurant & Patisserie is one of the finest Italian restaurants in London. Led by co-owner and Chef George De Andrea and wife Betty along with co-owner Assi Aviv, the restaurant offers the highest quality in all of their dishes. George has studied in Italy and Paris and has worked with Michelen chefs. Most of the ingredients are organic grown and their homemade sourdough bread undergoes a special baking process with no yeast, just like in the old times. They make 10 kinds of bread, 5 each day and offer a variety of gourmet appetizers and salads as well as several kinds of fish and pasta. The front counter is busy with the Patisserie, as well as serving cold and hot drinks. Opened in the Summer of 2005, Novellino, meaning “new” in Italian, is already a favorite amongst locals, tourists and business travelers. |
