Spoons is a unique private dining experience in Yemin Moshe, Jerusalem's oldest and most charming neighborhoods outside the Old City Walls. Proprietor and chef Hila Solomon has opened her historic home as a salon, for exclusive business meetings, lunch, dinner and brunch, strictly by reservation only. Ask about Shabbat dinners, Sukkot, and Pesach dining.
Hailed as one of Israel's finest dining experiences, Spoons offers a personalized menu and VIP service, and an opportunity to experience the sensuality of Jerusalem cuisine in an authentic Jerusalem home. The venue is secure and offers space for 6 - 25 guests, and during summer months, extends to 40 with the garden space.
Spoons range of services include greeting you at your hotel and accompanying you through the Yemin Moshe neighborhood to dinner; culinary tours of Mahane Yehuda market and the hills of Jerusalem; picnics; special events including design, music and food.
Typically, guests are greeted with a pre-dinner aperitif enjoyed on the terrace or balcony overlooking the Old City walls and into the Judean desert and hills of Moav; before dining in the 120 year old house. You have a choice of Glatt meat menus or mehadrin dairy menus, with an extensive wine list. Produce is fresh, and includes some of Israel's finest culinary delights. |
