Twist and Roll cafe opened its doors and a new chapter in the entire kosher food business in the summer of 2006. After a year filled with great excitement and kosher foods breakthroughs, the cafe decided to briefly renovate and introduce a sushi bar and menu, one of its kind. Twist and Roll cafe is a unique, and casual cafe that the normal consumer has never seen, let alone a kosher consumer. Being the world’s first to introduce the kosher soft baked pretzel, it has then only added more and more excitement to the cafes menu and atmosphere.

Twist and Roll prides itself with its unusual way of creating FRESH and delicious foods all day. Starting with their mouth-watering oven fresh soft baked pretzels that one can smell from a distance, a real breakfast menu, and fully stocked coffee and espresso bar. To the "kosher world’s" largest Create-your-own salad bar with over 50 toppings! to its famous and undeniably most amazing 10" personal pizza pies to sandwich paninis and wraps, and of course the Sushi bar everyone is raving about. Twist and Roll became famous with their spicy tuna roll, and began selling its homemade Japanese hot sauce, that now many restaurants use. The Cafe is one of few that makes its own sweet eel sauce that goes well with any of the Cafes 30 original and amazing sushi rolls.

To end a perfect meal, nothing satisfies the pallete better then the homemade "Pretzel bowl", that is then filled with frozen yogurt and topped with chocolate sauce, sprinkles, almond crunch topping and other goodies.

On saturday night customers are advised to make reservations as the Cafes 80 seats are quickly filled up every weekend. And don’t be shocked if you see the opening of a Twist and Roll in Manhattan 2008.
