Shiloh’s: Where culinary tradition meets creative cuisine. Take the finest flavors from European culinary cultures, select Internationally renowned wines, fuse them with classic American cuisine and you've just sampled Shiloh's Steak House-the boldest venture from the Ghanem family, acclaimed Provincial restaurateurs. Shiloh's is a warm and classy French restaurant that serves a new generation of American gourmets with a unique fusion of traditional Kosher food prepared with exotic flavors and leading edge cooking techniques, in a fine dining establishment.
In creating Shiloh's menu, owners and brothers Geoffrey and Fabrice Ghanem collaborated with internationally renowned executive chef Michel Aytekin. But it is chef Katsuji Tanabe, who has taken over the reigns and has been wowing diners ever since. In fact, Chef Tanabe is working with the restaurant on a gourmet cookbook, called “I Can’t Believe it’s Kosher.”
Meanwhile, changing with the seasons, Shiloh's menu incorporates fresh and flavorful ideas from the garden, the sea, and the pasture, as well as culinary cultures including French-Mediterranean cuisine with an international flare and an unmistakable American accent. Shiloh's Steak House is certain diners will enjoy savoring these inspired dishes.
In order to accommodate many party requests and for a more spacious environment, Shiloh's has added a private room that extends from the main dining room that is used for both in house dining and on premise catering. From day one, the restaurant has had lines out the door. The feedback has been wonderful with Geoffrey quickly pointing out that he whole heartily thanks the support of the community. He and his staff look forward to serving you and your family in 2008. |
