Inspired by Avraham Avinu’s example, Marcel Hess strives to live up to the standard of hospitality, set by our great patriarch. Marcel personally combines the very best of Old-European dining traditions with expert food preparation and service. Swiss-certified master chef and sausage maker, Marcel creates a unique “eshel”(inn) of Avraham to enhance your dining pleasure.
They create custom-made platters, featuring any of their meat delicacies, sausages or salami’s. Or, order their products vacuum packed for extended storage or partially frozen for up to 6 months freezer storage. Hot dogs and other Hess quality sausages may be ordered in advance for parties and special events. Try their pure beef salami as a special treat to keep at home. Your family and friends will love it!
Everything they serve is produced from the very finest ingredients, completely “home-made” in either their Ra’anana or Jerusalem kitchens.
Their all beef sausages, cold cuts, patés, smoked and pickled delicacies are prepared in Ra’anana. In Jerusalem, they carefully age the steaks, cutlets, veal roasts and lamb, oven-roast the ducks to a golden brown, and add the final touches to our famous Goulash soup or pea and traditional meat soups.
In fact, Marcel personally cooks all of their menu daily. In the evenings, Suzanne, his wife, is in charge of the kitchen delights, thereby guarenteeing a dining experience of the very highest caliber.
Besides the glatt kosher lemahdrin meats of Rabbanut Jerusalem and the personal hashgacha of Rabbi I.M. Levinger, Bayit Vegan Jerusalem, the beef and sausages products, patés and terrines are badatz scheerith Israel hashgacha. |
