We look forward to eating here because the food and service is excellent! We have been coming here for a number of years with our family. You won't be disappointed!
My mother used to love coming to see Sheldon and the chiii. Everytime one of us would come in we just had to take my mom there.. I've been to Chicago twice since my mom passed away and am coming in with my son... time to break in a third generation..

i was by chaiko tapas many times and found that this is my favorite restaurant! from service to food...everything was delicious, pleasant, and an enjoyable meal.a few of my favorites are the PRIME RIB AU JUS, OXTAIL, RIB STEAK FRITES, and of course the CRISPY CHIKEN/BEEF!!
I went out with my husband for dinner and we were treated to excellent service, generous portions, and delicious food. Donny the owner takes a personal interest in every customer and makes you feel at home. I had the fung Wong gai and it was perfect. BTW The sushi is pretty incredible too. This place can compete with any restaurant in NYC. If you are in Miami stop by, you'll be glad you did!
If you live in or are visiting Miami, Chai Wok is a restaurant worth going to with friends and family. The food is par excellence, and the Sushi is the best I have tasted anywhere. The staff are very friendly, and treat you like family. Try it out and see for yourself. You will not be dissapointed.
We are 3 persons who will spend one week in Manhattan, and would like to know if it is possible to have meals both on Friday, Dec.30th (erev Shabbath) and lunch on Saturday, Dec.31st. Kindly let me know the procedure for reservations, if possible the menu and prices. I am looking forward for a prompt reply. Thanking you in advance. Enrichetta Dominitz, Milan, Italy.

Are you asking about a specific restaurant or for any restaurant? Upper West Side restaurants only offer Friday night meals. Chabad of Midtown is the only one that I know that does Shabbos lunch too.
If you are in israel you have to check this place out! I have been going there for years and never get bored, I remember the taste long after I am back in the states. Oh! Desserts are a must! They look like art and taste amazing!
"Occupy Milk Street"
Neil Wallin, restaurant o- 12/02/11
A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE KOSHER COMMUNITY:
I met w/ owner Mark Epstein yesterday and am deeply moved by his plight. While retaining his top-class demeanor, he has been financially wounded by the Occupy Wall Street movement.
The injurious act of the NYPD placing barricades at the point where the Wall Street pedestrian mall would get it's foot traffic has isolated his fabulous eatery with it's unique Dairy, Meat and Vegetarian menu under strict OU supervision. The Police are rigid in their "siege" mentality and informed Mark yesterday that they refuse to open access to the public space, even in light of the reduced protesters and activities.
I feel it is incumbent on every New Yorker, certainly members of the Jewish community, to visit Milk Street Cafe and voice their support to Mark, his lovely wife and incredibly upbeat staff as they face their daily challenge of survival.
They are open for Breakfast and Lunch daily (they had been open for Dinner but this same situation forced them to eliminate that meal service). There are many subways, metered parking and parking lots nearby and the area is a safe and pleasant neighborhood to stroll through. You can get to "Milk Street" utilizing any streets except Broadway.
In the merit of their respective efforts, patrons will be the beneficiaries of a delicious meal and unbridled pride. As a Restaurateur in New York for twenty-five years I think I can vouch. for this being a worthwhile act of random kindness with no downside.
I trust Mark, whose successful flagship location in Boston enjoys the years of success we pray he will experience in our city, will always remember that New Yorkers, famous for their spirit, did not let him down in his time of need.
Before submitting my own personal feedback I read through all the existing comments and was astounded to see how many Orchidea frequenters have already said everything I ever wanted to say and more. I guess we all agree to its worthiness of holding first place in kosher, dairy, restaurant ratings. Their decor, elegance, style, , superior tastiness, sophistication, customer conformity/flexibility, and above all, their perfection beyond possible perfection in being a six star Manhattan restaurant in the heart of Brooklyn.... is impeccable. ( I dine there very often...and can vouch for all I just said with the following example. My friends wanted to try a total new salad (not on the menu) so we specified what we would like to combine..and a few min later we had our custom order tantalizingly displayed before us...

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant; lovely decor, warm and intimate ambience, friendly and professional service, not to mention delicious food! They will let you bring your own wine until they get an alcohol license, and if you mention the restaurant at the wine store on 13th between 41st and 42nd, they'll give you 15% off! The one thing that was underwhelming was the size of the servings. We got the portobello appertizer, and for $12 they give you a single grilled portobello cap! Just a bit scanty. The steaks were also a bit on the small size, though the presentation was very good. I will say this: because they were small, I took my time to really enjoy it instead of just wolfing it down, and it was worth it. Absolutely delicious.
Yes "Sruly" u made it !! I was waiting so long 4 this already !! im so empressed with u, u showed us what u can !! its realy a place people should go and enjoy a good meal
Had dinner there tonight, 11/2/11. A most delicious dining experience. The free range belly Pizza was absolutely amazing!! The roasted duck was perfect. Relax, every item is worth the wait. We will return!

Should Restaurants Ban Children at their establishment?
Steven Traube, Director of Operations of Prime Grill, Prime KO & Solo was on Fox News to debate why talk of a ban on kids at restaurants is a mistake. Click the video above and reply here to share your thoughts on the topic.

I WORK IN FEDERAL PLAZA ACROSS THE STREET FROM SUSHEIN, I WENT TO TRY IT OUT I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS SOMETHING OUT OF THIS WORLD! I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE CONVEYER BELT IDEA, WHICH MAKES IT ONLY MORE FUN! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
We came from France to vacation in Las Vegas we where looking for Kosher restaurant in Las vegas we where reccomended highly about this place and decided to try well..... i was never having such a good join in a restaurant it was like i am having dinner at my living room in Paris everything was delicious and the prices are so good we couldnt belive... it a great place with great service we loved it and had all are dinners and lunches over there during our stay in Las vegas, go and enjoy Rebeca and joei Levi
Excellent. Had take out today and it was fabulous (Tuna roll and Kani Tempura roll). A drop pricey (though they need quality ingredients and supervision!), but worth every penny! I will be back frequently.
THIS IS CALLED ART WITH FOOD!!!! starting with the place, The way it is presented and the main for its great TASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE PLACE AND WISH YOU GOOD LUCK!!!! Looking forward to spend there some more delicous meals!
I was today in sushain with my friends, well the place is magnificent!! . We never had such a wonderfull time in a restaurant. The place is superclean the food gourmet very appealing and delicious, nice decor. In short everything you expect from an upscale restaurant. Wait ,and are you also like me that it takes you half an hour to decide what to order? than this is the place for you. Sit, relax and just pick what you like from the conveyerbelt ! !
Hats off to d chef!! I went today to sushein and I have to say it was a most pleasant experiece!! Such a sophisticated menu, beautiful presentation, and obviously d scrumptious dishes one by one! Besides d food, d place itself was a real change to d typical usual dim lighting with heavy oak touch, instead it had a young, modern, clean look which made only more enjoyable to spend d most perfect, dinner, or lunch, be it for a date, meeting or celebration of any kind!! And oh! I forgot to mention, d conveyer belt is really cool with a variety of 120 different kinds of sushi going by d tables, for u to just take off from!
I was just there. It's great! Finaly you don't have to decide what you want to eat before you sit down, you just sit and grab any sushi that passes in front of you and catches your eye at that moment. It's amazing! I'll come tonight and try their gormet dinner menu witch looks deliciouse.Above all;The place is super-clean!!! beautiful designed! comfortable! Great atmosphere!
