I will be staying in Lancaster, PA with 6 adults and 7 children. Are there any kosher facilities in this area?

yes, there is kosher fast food in Dutch Wonderland and in Hershey. There is a also a woman in Harrisburg that has a kosher bed and breakfast that cooks 3 meals /day. She is away from now until approx Aug 17,though. Check shamash.org. Her name is Sharon Ellyce.
