One of our favorites, like a little piece of Israel here in Queens. Servers are pleasant, food consistently tasty.

We like the food at Muscat but the service is indifferent to just plain awful. The staff is nice but unattentive, untrained and consistently forgeting items requested. It is very frustrating that the owners and management can't train these folks to wait tables properly.
