We are looking for a good dairy or meat restaurant near the theater area of new york city.

We'll start with dairy since that's the easiest. The only real nice dairy restaurant in the theater district is My Most Favorite Food, on 45th, bet. 6th & Broadway.

For meat, you have Le Marais on 46th & Broadway, Abigael's on Broadway & 39th or Colbeh on 39th & 6th.
