Great Place To Eat Submitted by: Michelle on Jul 10th 2005 I now keep kosher and it's great but dining out can get way too pricey sometimes, which restaurants would you guys recommend that my fiance and I can go that boast a lovely atmosphere, without having to leave our stomachs or pockets empty?

Most places will give you a a nice portion size.

For midtown, try Wolf & Lamb-good food, moderate Midtown prices and nice ambiance. And believe it or not, Le Marais which is one of the best steakhouses in the country, has a wonderful Steak & Fries combo for under $20.
Reply #5 submitted by: Michelle on Jul 12th 2005 Thanks so much for your replies. I loved Le Marais...next time I'll check the menu for that combo, Village Crown is my fave restaurant so far, and I will def. check out Wolf & Lamb. Adam, I always order coke and my fiance gets beer, no wine or any of that sorta stuff, and sometimes a great entree is satisfying without any appetizers but I don't think I could give up dessert!
