Ranoosh Long Branch

This restaurant is an adventure in eating for lovers of authentic middle eastern cuisine. The appetizers are all delicious, I would highly recommend the kibbe and the hummous for dipping the fresh pita. The Ranoosh Salad offers a huge portion of fresh chopped salad with a flavorful dressing. When we can't decide among the entrees, we enjoy the mixed grill, but the shwarma is also very tasty and highly recommended. On a recent Saturday night the restaurant opened Motzei Shabbos at 9:45pm (when most of Monmouth County is getting ready for bedtime), and quicky filled up with some large parties of young professionals from Deal, as well as some couples on dates. Some people were trying out the hookah pipes that are on the menu with a selection of flavored tobaccos. The service is attentive and friendly, the Mashgiach took care that our wine (BYOB) was handled properly. A very nice dining experience.
