I noticed the posting that that these 2 LA restaurants will be open for Chol Hamoed Pesach:

Simon's La Glatt / 446 N. Fairfax

Gordon's Fresh Pacific Fish / 9116 W Pico Blvd
310-276-6603 / 213-272-9977 (Kehilah Supervsion)

Are there any others?

According to the 2 biggest rabbinical supervison agencies in LA, only these 2 are open.
