Carlos and Gabby's Mexican Cantina (5 towns, NY)

Conveniently located one block away from the 5 Town's famous "Central Avenue", Carlos and Gabby's Mexican Cantina is a stone throw away from one, or perhaps the ONLY authentic kosher mexican resturant in New York (to my knowledge). They offer a wide array of famous mexican cousine, such as burritos, tacos quesedillas, enchiladas, and the like, with all the fixin's inside, such as fresh homemade guacomole, salsa, parve sour cream, and my favorite- the most delicious "parve cheez sauce" to accompany your exotic and delicious meal. There are also traditional american fare, such as hamburgers and french fries, for those who prefer staying on the US side of the mexican border, as well as mouth watering selections fresh, and straight from the grill. In a very casual and relaxed atmosphere, with a very helpful and friendly staff providing exceptional service , I highly recommend this resturant to all who desire the authenticity of mexican/american fare.

i agree, they're food is awesome. it's absolutely fesh,and delicious. i know people who travel 40 minutes just to eat there. i recommend trying a few different items,there all so unique,and flavorful
